Description | The work to be performed by the Consultant includes assisting the McKenzie County 911 Coordinator with site selection for the Grassy Butte emergency communications tower . Assistance shall include the preliminary engineering needed to select a site , preliminary permitting review , plat development , and land acquisition support . McKenzie County ’ s Right of Way Agent is to conduct the land acquisition , but coordination may include survey right of entry , preliminary plats , preliminary plats with aerial imagery , exhibits to aid with acquisition , staking of acquisition extends , and final plats . Consultant is to review existing easements for the Arnegard and Watford City sites and determine , with the guidance of the 911 Coordinator , if any additional easements are needed . |
