Description | 1 . Inspection and Testing Emergency Lighting Systems shall be performed at least once per year for each system , in accordance with NFPA 101 . Repairs or replacement of parts are not allowed under this portion of the Contract . 2 . The successful Contractor shall secure and pay for all permits and fees required to begin and complete the project . 3 . The successful Contractor shall have all necessary licenses required to perform the work . 4 . The successful Contractor shall supply the names of two ( 2 ) persons able to represent the Contractor in every aspect pertaining to the work required by these specifications to the District Maintenance Project Manager prior to award . |
