Statement of Work ( SOW ) The Successful Proposer shall deliver structured , end - to - end advisory support to businesses across the EWOI ’ s three tracks — launching new employee or workerowned entities , transitioning existing eligible businesses to employee or worker ownership models , and stabilizing or scaling existing EWO businesses within or into Los Angeles County . Services shall include conducting intake consultations and readiness assessments ; developing individualized TA workplans ; implementing educational cohorts ; providing feasibility assessments ; financial and governance planning , HR and operational guidance , and post - transition support ; and coordinating specialized subcontractors such as legal , financial , and organizational development experts . The Successful Proposer shall maintain ongoing case management , documentation , and milestone tracking ; submit timely reporting and KPI performance data ; and ensure clear communication and seamless referrals across DEO , the Marketing Service Provider , the Financing Service Provider , and other Initiative partners . Contractor will be expected to implement all requirements outlined in Exhibit A ( SOW ) of Appendix A ( Contract ) of this RFP .
