Description | The City of Chattanooga is requesting proposals for vendor to administer the City ’ s Employee Assistance Program ( EAP ) / Work - Life Services for the City ’ s eligible employees and their dependents . The EAP vendor is expected to respond to issues to include emotional / behavioral , chemical dependency , marital , family , legal and financial and any other problems that could affect work - life balance . The City seeks an EAP vendor that will assess employee / dependent problems presented , and assist these persons in obtaining qualified resources to resolve their issues . |
