The City is seeking PBM (pharmacy benefit manager) services with a 100% pass through model. Additionally, the City is seeking qualified and reliable insurance carriers and administrators for the following services: Medical provider and prescription plan network, onsite registered dietitian or health coach, chronic disease management programs, and mental health services programs. The City is not requesting Stop Loss coverage at this time. Stop Loss will be released under a separate RFP later this year.The City will consider combinations of Proposers to achieve the entire list of requirements stated in this RFP.
