Given the high risk of exposure of case managers to client trauma and adverse events , there is acritical need for structured wellness initiatives that both prevent secondary trauma and support resilience among our support case manager staff . We are interested in programs that incorporate trauma - informed principles , promote mental health , and provide practical tools and resources to enhance staff well - being . See more |
