Description | NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN : The New York Racing Association , Inc . (“ NYRA ”) is soliciting competitive pricing from qualified vendors for the supply , delivery , and installation of an enclosed broadcast set for use at Belmont Park in Elmont , NY . The structure is approximately 20 ' x 32 ' designed for broadcast and media production use . The scope includes a full structural system , studio lighting grid , truss - mounted header , HVAC , power distribution , and all associated finish components . The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be until successful delivery and acceptance of the goods to NYRA ’ s satisfaction . Proposals will be received by theSenior Director of Procurementat 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 5 PM , prevailing time , on April 20 , 2026 . Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website : https :// www . bidnetdirect . com / new - york / nyraBids will be accepted electronically ; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website : https :// www . bidnetdirect . com / new - york / nyra ( Empire State Purchasing Group ).
