Description | 3 . 3 . 1 Contractor shall provide all labor , materials , equipment , supervision , transportation , and all overhead burdens associated with the cost to perform all necessary actions required for scheduled / unscheduled maintenance and repairs for legacy digital or electromechanical systems . 3 . 3 . 2 Contractor shall restore the legacy digital or electromechanical systems to functional operation and maintain systems ’ optimum performance as needed . Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance (“ PM ”) on hardware and software when requested by the Energy Management Division . The PM includes general systems inspections and diagnostic procedures on the legacy digital or electromechanical control systems . REPAIRS 3 . 3 . 3 Contractor shall provide complete written quotations for repair recommendations , using the rates in the Rate Schedule . All service calls that exceed a value of $ 500 . 00 each shall be approved in writing by Energy Management prior to commencing work . |
