Description | The County of Mercer is requesting proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms with historic preservation expertise to develop a Preservation Plan , provide design development and manage Stage 1 of construction for the Mercer County Courthouse and Annex located at 209 South Broad Street , Trenton , New Jersey . The goal of this project is to assess the current structural and architectural condition of the building , identify necessary repairs and historic preservation measures , and provide a phased implementation plan for rehabilitation with cost estimates . This project will focus mainly on the Courthouse , as the Annex has been recently renovated . See more |
