Description | The <span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.262386">City of Palm Desert</span> (“<span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.262387">City</span>”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposers”) for <span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="project.title">Engineering and Design Services for ADA Improvements at Cahuilla Hills Park</span> (“Services”) to establish a <span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.262394">Professional Services Agreement</span> ("Agreement").To serve and promote the welfare of its residents, the <span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.262387">City</span> intends to procure the Services, as described below.<span class="templateTag mceNonEditable" data-templatevariable="customVariable.262392">The City of Palm Desert actively works to identify and correct ADA deficiencies within the City. Cahuilla Hills Park, in south Palm Desert, provides access to recreational experiences in nature such as birdwatching and hiking. The park also has tennis/pickleball courts and a picnic area. The City is soliciting proposals to design improvements to this park that would remove barriers for people with disabilities.</span> |
