Scope : The Consultant shall provide environmental documentation for tasks included in the preliminary and final plans phases of the PDP , stakeholder engagement , public involvement ( if required ), preliminary construction plans , roadway hydraulic and hydrological studies ( if needed ), signing and marking plans , final right - of - way ( ROW ) plans ( including revisions ), erosion control plans , staging plans ( if needed ), and final construction plans ( including revisions through project final acceptance ). All required engineering studies are considered part of the scope of services . The Consultant is anticipated to provide : I . Environmental Document • Necessary Assessments of Effects Reports ( Air , Noise , Cultural Resources , Ecology ) • Protected Species Surveys ( as needed ) • NEPA Documents o Assume Categorical Exclusion ( Consultant to confirm ) o NEPA and / or Special Studies Re - evaluation II . Database Preparation • Staking for Right - of - Way • Overhead / Subsurface Utility Engineering ( SUE ) III . Preliminary Plans • Monthly progress meetings • Constructability Review Meeting • Public Information Open House ( if required , prepare for , dry run , attend , and respond to comments ) • Prepare for and hold five ( 5 ) stakeholder meetings • Provide the CCDOT Utility Coordinator with the necessary plans for 1st Utility Submission • Preliminary Roadway Plans ( including but not limited to :) o Typical Sections o Summary of Quantities o Detailed Estimate o Roadway Plans and Profiles o Driveway Profiles o Staging Plans o Staging Profiles and Cross Sections ( if required ) o Drainage Profiles o Cross Sections o Utility Plans o Signing and Marking Plans o Signal Plans o ITS Plans ( if required ) o Lighting Plans o Tree Protection / Landscaping Plans o Irrigation Plans ( if required ) o Wall Plans o ESPCP o Special Construction Details • Pavement Evaluation ( if required ) • Pavement Design ( if required ) • Location and Design Report • Draft Special Provisions • Design Variances / Exceptions ( if required ) • Identification of AV stop locations within the project limits with hardscape , landscape , and grading design and associated special grading sheets • PFPR Participation , Report , and Responses ( joint meeting with CCDOT and GDOT ) • Cost Estimate • Annual update to Cost Estimates IV . Right of Way Plans • Prepare ROW Plans • Coordinate ROW staking • Right of way revisions V . Geotechnical Services • Soil Survey ( if required ) • Wall Foundation Investigation ( if required ) VI . Final Plans • Monthly progress meetings • Stakeholder project update meetings ( up to 5 ) • Provide the CCDOT Utility Coordinator with the necessary plans for 2nd Utility Submission • Final Roadway Plans ( including but not limited to ): o Typical Sections o Summary of Quantities o Detailed Estimate o Roadway Plans and Profiles o Driveway Profiles o Staging Plans ( if required ) o Staging Profiles and Cross Sections ( if required ) o Drainage Profiles o Cross Sections o Utility Plans o Signing and Marking Plans o Signal Plans o ITS Plans ( if required ) o Lighting Plans o Tree Protection / Landscaping Plans o Irrigation Plans ( if required ) o Wall Plans ( if required ) o ESPCP o Special Construction Details • Post Construction Stormwater Report including BMP details • FFPR Participation , Report , and Responses ( joint meeting with CCDOT and GDOT ) • Annual update to Cost Estimates • Cobb County Constructability Review ( final review of pay - items and quantities ) • Finalize Special Provisions
