UNDP Office is seeking a qualified contractor under an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) arrangement — a turnkey model in which a single contractor is responsible for all project phases, including design, procurement of additional equipment and materials, construction, and commissioning — to deliver a fully operational facility to the recipient.
