Collect , review , field verify and comprehensively record all pertinent electrical equipment information for each facility listed in this RFP . This includes transformers , switchgear , switchboards , motor control centers , panelboards , circuit breakers , fuses , feeder conductors , motors , and emergency power systems . 1 . 2 . Prior to field verification , submit a work plan for City approval . The plan must include work schedules , electrical data to be collected , applicable safety procedures and any outage requests for each facility . 1 . 3 . Coordinate all field activities with City operations . 1 . 4 . Provide updated or newly developed electrical single - line diagrams for each facility . These diagrams must be based on findings from field investigation and accurately reflect existing electrical infrastructure , equipment configurations , and system interconnections . 1 . 5 . Submit redlined versions of the single - line diagrams for each facility . |
