Description | The Township Planning Board is seeking sealed submissions in response to a request for qualifications for a NJ licensed professional engineer to represent the Township Planning Board . The appointed engineer shall be able to review applications , including any and all plans , drawings , maps , reports and documentation submitted to determine compliance with the Township ’ s ordinances , outside regulatory agency requirements , and the Municipal Land Use Law , N . J . S . A . 40 : 55D - 1 et . seq .; to prepare a completeness and / or technical review letters prior to the Board hearing , for their consideration , and to advise Board members on the engineering aspects of applications during public hearings , and review and comment on subsequent submissions intended to demonstrate compliance with resolution of approval conditions , technical review comments , outside agency requirements , and any and all other matters as required for a final sign off . |
