Services under this task shall include : - Prepare planning documents for Phase 7 in accordance with NJ I - Bank and NJDEP ’ s Mandatory Scope of Work requirements . - Develop a Prioritization Plan . While prioritization was completed in 2024 by the EPA Lead Accelerator , it shall be updated to incorporate local paving schedules ( Trenton , Mercer County , NJDOT ) to minimize resurfacing conflicts and road opening moratoriums . Emergent needs may require inclusion in the prioritization plan . - Coordinate with local agencies , paving jurisdictions , and utilities to align LSLR work with paving and other planned infrastructure projects . - Preliminary and final design of construction work , including preparation of plans , specifications , and engineer ’ s estimate of probable cost . Conduct joint session page turns when and where necessary as directed by the DEP . The Consultant shall document and address all comments provided by NJDEP and TWW as part of the design revision process . - Conduct design review sessions ( joint page turns ) with NJDEP and TWW as needed . The Firm shall document and address all review comments in subsequent design revisions . - Prepare bid contract documents for bid , compliant with NJ I - Bank and NJDEP guidelines . - Coordinate with TWW and NJDEP as needed to finalize all planning and design deliverables . - Submit all deliverables in digital , editable formats for TWW review and use .
