Task 1 : Project Management and Coordination • Develop a comprehensive work plan outlining project phases , deliverables , and timelines in accordance with the overall grant timeline . • Coordinate with NCWD staff , stakeholders , and regulatory agencies throughout project development . • Support NCWD with public meetings ( up to four ) and communications as needed . Task 2 : Data Research and Final Site Selection • Review and evaluate readily available geotechnical data for proposed RIB locations . • Propose potential data gaps and design requirements . • Evaluate regulatory requirements and assist with obtaining permitting . Task 3 : Geotechnical Testing and Preliminary Design • Develop Preliminary Engineering Reports ( PERs ) in accordance with BOR guidelines . • Develop RIB design documents at the 30 %, 60 %, and 90 % level . • Provide engineering design and analysis for RIB infrastructure . • Assess hydrogeological and environmental considerations related to RIB development . Task 4 : Final Design and Guidance Document Preparation • Assist with development of a Guidance Document for future RIB planning , as required . • Prepare independent cost estimates for future construction of each RIB . Task 5 : Additional Services • Serve as a liaison between the NCWD and regulatory agencies such as the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection ( NDEP ), Nevada Division of Water Resources ( NDWR ), and the BOR . • Provide technical expertise to the NCWD and provide program / permit updates and reports , as necessary . • Other services as assigned by the NCWD General Manager .
