Upgrade works to the Public Realm Infrastructure. Hard landscape works including stone paving, bound gravel surface, gently sloping surface and stepped routes, installation of site furniture and other hard and soft landscape operations. Drainage and Site Services alteration works incidental to the hard landscaping works. Electrical Site Services Works associated with relocating the existing overhead services underground. Telecommunications Site Services Works associated with relocating the existing overhead services underground. Public Street Lighting. Temporary works will be implemented to ensure the existing properties and premises remain uninterrupted throughout the Upgrade Works. The Contractor is responsible for restoring any damage to existing structures and finishes caused by the works. Temporary hoarding should be provided during the course of the works and removed upon completion
