Description | Luzerne County Community College ( LCCC ) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Human Resources Information System ( HRIS ). The purpose of this RFP is to modernize our ERP / SIS administrative and academic processes in a cloud - based / SaaS solution . LCCC currently utilizes an on premise version of Ellucian Colleague . The proposed solution must integrate with or replace existing systems ( see Section IV - Scope of Services for details ). This document is a Request for Proposal ( RFP ) for the services described below and does not obligate LCCC to accept responses from eligible Companies / Individuals . The RFP establishes minimum requirements a Company / Individual must meet in order to be eligible for consideration as well as information to be included in the Company ’ s / Individual ’ s proposal . |
