Description | The Town of Lyons is seeking proposals for professional environmental consulting services tosupport a Categorical Exclusion ( CatEx ) determination for an upcoming stormwater improvementproject as part of seeking a loan from the Colorado Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund ( WPCRF ) administered by Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment ( CDPHE ) andU . S . Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ). The project scope consists of adding curb and gutter , storm pipe , sidewalk , and associated paving to2nd and 3rd Avenue on north of Main Street ( US36 ). All proposed work is located within previouslydisturbed areas in established neighborhoods . Please see attached map for proposed locations forimprovements . All work shall be completed by 7 / 15 / 2026 . See more |
