a . Work shall begin on or about April 27 , 2026 . b . Respondent shall perform environmental testing services and prepare Clean Construction and Demolition Debris (“ CCDD ”) documentation for the multiple locations in the Village denoted herein . c . The Respondent shall furnish all labor , materials , and equipment necessary to perform the work and prepare the reports as described herein . 2 . Environmental Testing The Village expects the order of work to be as follows : a . PIP Inventory i . Respondent shall obtain the latest materials necessary to determine the presence of potentially impacted properties ( PIPs ) in the vicinity of the project areas . Respondent shall use these materials to identify the LPC requirements ( LPC - 662 or LPC - 663 ) for each location . b . Environmental Reporting i . Respondent shall create and submit up to four ( 4 ) separate reports for this service . The Village seeks to have the LPC - 662 locations reported separately from the LPC - 663 locations for each Project ( Sewer Repair , Valve Installation ). ii . Each report shall include at least one approval letter from a local facility that will accept spoils from the report sites .
