This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research purposes ONLY. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability of vendors capable of performing service craft operations and maintenance support at Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center (NDSTC), Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, FL as described in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWs) provided as an attachment. A firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract is anticipated with a one (1) year base period, four (4) one year option periods and an optional 6-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8. NAICS Code: 488310 – Port and Harbor Operations Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by submitting the following: 1. Contractor Information: Company name Company address POC name, phone number, email CAGE code and Unique Entity ID (UEI) 2. NAICS Codes and Size of Business: Large Business or Small Business. If small, please provide the socioeconomic status (WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.) 3. If the services can be solicited from a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule contract vehicle, other vehicle or Open Market. 4. A brief description of the capability, resources, technical competencies and organizational experience relative to the key task areas. Standard brochures and/or paraphrasing of the Draft PWS will not be considered sufficient to demonstrate the capabilities of an interested party. Describe your capability to perform this requirement. Describe your resources to perform this requirement. Describe your technical competencies to perform this requirement. Describe any relevant or recent experiences in relation to this requirement performed as the prime vendor and provide the contract number.
