Description | The services under this assignment shall involve conducting a comprehensive procurement audit at both the Executing Agency and Implementing Entities levels. The audit will assess compliance with the applicable donor and borrower procurement procedures, in accordance with the signed Project Technical Document of the Climate Resilient Wheat Value Chain Development Project (CREW). This will include an in-depth situational analysis of the procurement processes for goods, works, consulting services, and non-consulting services undertaken at the Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) and Regional Project Management Units (RPMUs). |
