Support implementation of data management solutions using EQuIS ™ by Earthsoft through ensuring the agency data needs are correctly captured and retrievable and displayed . Coordinate with the EGLE GDMS System Owner , DTMB , and EarthSoft on implementation of GDMS project tasks and participate in weekly GDMS project team meetings . Support setup , configuration , and management of the EQuIS Professional and Enterprise environment , including management of users , roles , and permissions , reference value management , facility creation and management , action levels and groups . Oversee data schema integrity to ensure the underlying EQuIS database schema ( SQL Server ) is maintained and in line with data workflows to meet EGLE agency needs . Support loading of Electronic Data Deliverables ( EDDs ) into the EQuIS database and management of workflows , providing requirements or utilizing the EarthSoft application to establish automated workflows where needed , data integration , data quality checks ( via EDP – Electronic Data Deliverable Processor ), creation of EQuIS Information Agents ( EIAs ), and management of error notifications / alerts . Design and publish dashboards comprised of widgets ( charts , maps , grids , tables ) for internal and / or public reporting . If the dashboard is public or shared externally , ensure that licensing / configuration supports public access , proper security ( masked sensitive data ) and branding . Customize reports using SSRS / RDL reports , or similar , to pull data and deliver them via dashboards and / or as exports . Work with data providers , decision - makers , end users , and other stakeholders to understand analytics / reporting needs and translate into dashboard widgets / reports . Establish workflows using EQuIS GeoTech , Envirolnsite , and EQuIS Collect to support EGLE staff in the collection , analysis , visualization , and reporting of environmental and geotechnical data . Support integration with ESRI ArcGIS and the development of associated workflows , maps , widgets / dashboards and other features . Develop training materials and other guidance for users / administrators and maintain documentation of configurations and best practices . Support continuous improvement of the GDMS through monitoring dashboard usage , data integrity , upgrading paths , new modules / features of EQuIS . Key Outputs and Deliverables : Participate in weekly meetings with the GDMS project team and communication regularly with the EGLE GDMS System Owner , DTMB , and EarthSoft via email , Microsoft Teams ( or similar platform ) and by phone . Provide support for historical data migrations ( mapping document reviews , User Acceptance Testing ) and database integrations , including , but not limited to , Wellogic , per - and polyfluoroalkyl substances ( PFAS ) datasets , environmental laboratory data , boring logs , monitoring well data and other geological datasets . Establish and manage user roles and permissions in coordination with the GDMS project team . Establish data workflows ( creation , documentation , communication to users ) for a variety of data providers ( internal EGLE staff , contractors , consultants , laboratories ) while ensuring data schema integrity . Manage communications on data load failures . Develop internal and external facing dashboards for various EGLE programs , including Wellogic . Develop and maintain report libraries ( RDL ) and scheduled reports / exports . Perform health checks of the GDMS , including data integrity , roles / permissions audit , and performance tuning .
