Description | A . Ergonomic Evaluation i . The Contractor must conduct a thorough evaluation of the employee ’ s work methods , workstation layout , and equipment . ii . The Contractor must perform job task review , risk factor assessment , and measurement of the workstation . iii . The Contractor must provide real - time adjustments to equipment and instruct the employee on proper ergonomic techniques and postures . iv . The Contractor must educate the employee on occupational risk factors , and injury prevention strategies , including appropriate breaks stretches , and exercises . v . The Contractor must respond to an evaluation request within twenty - four ( 24 ) hours and schedule an evaluation ( on - site or virtual ) within seven ( 7 ) business days of request . B . Detailed Comprehensive Report i . The Contractor must provide a typed , professional report for each evaluation . The report must be submitted via email to the Wellness and Disability Unit ( WDU @ caloes . ca . gov ) within seven ( 7 ) calendar days from the evaluation . |
