Scope of Work – Electrical ( Interior Only ) This specification covers interior lighting replacement only in designated bathroom areas at Escambia County DHR . No other electrical work is included . The supplier shall perform the following work : • Remove existing interior light fixtures in designated bathroom areas • Install new LED light fixtures in the same locations as existing fixtures • Utilize existing wiring , junction boxes , and mounting locations • Secure all fixtures properly and ensure full functionality upon completion Lighting Requirements • LED light fixtures must be compatible with existing wiring • Fixtures must meet all applicable safety and electrical standards • No changes to fixture layout or placement are permitted Exclusions The following work is explicitly excluded from this scope : • Electrical system upgrades • Circuit modifications • Panel , breaker , or wiring redesign • Relocation of lighting fixtures • Installation of new wiring This scope is limited strictly to fixture - for - fixture replacement . General Requirements • Work must be performed during normal business hours unless otherwise approved • Work areas must be maintained in a clean and safe condition • All removed fixtures , packaging , and debris must be properly disposed of • Supplier must verify all installed fixtures are operational prior to completion Completion Work will be considered complete when : • All designated light fixtures have been replaced • All fixtures are operational • Work areas are clean and ready for use
