Description | The New York Racing Association (“ NYRA ”) is seeking qualified third - party Contractors to manage unclaimed property compliance , including identifying dormant accounts , performing owner due diligence , and filing reports across multiple jurisdictions and streamlining compliance . The term of any agreement entered as a result of this RFQ shall be for a period of one ( 1 ) year , from the date of execution of such agreement ; with NYRA having the sole discretion to renew for three ( 3 ) additional periods of one ( 1 ) year . Proposals will be received by the Senior Director of Procurement at 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , South Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 2 : 00 PM , prevailing time , on Friday , April 17 , 2026 .
