Description | Avres moet een nieuwe aanbesteding uitschrijven voor de levering van een Content-managementsysteem (CMS), aangezien het huidige contract met leverancier Shift2 (voorheen SimGroep) afloopt en geen verlengingsopties biedt. Voor de geschetste dienstverlening (licenties en implementatie) heeft Avres voor alle contractjaren een plafondbedrag van € 550.000 excl. BTW ter beschikking. De plafondprijs is het maximumbedrag dat Avres wil besteden. Inschrijvers waarvan de prijs hoger dan de plafondprijs is, worden terzijde gelegd. De bodemprijs is vastgesteld op € 220.000 excl. BTW. Avres kan niet achteraf geconfronteerd worden met kosten die niet vooraf door Inschrijver zijn genoemd. |
