Description | Staffing levels and minimum qualifications Football ( FB ) Operations : 45 to 50 posting positions . Men ’ s basketball ( MBB ) Operations : 51 to 55 posting positions . Must have general gameday event operations knowledge . Training and appearance standards Train and communicate KU standards to any new attendants . All attendants and leaders will be in supplier issued uniforms with logo . Only additional identified on said uniform may be KU unless specifically authorized by KU . All staff should be easily recognizable as working event parking operations . Leads and Supervisors to be visually differentiated from lot attendants . Event setup and takedown as needed to facilitate the event . KU will provide needed barricades , cones , and signage . ADA accommodation : Facilitate parking for those with Accessible needs while following federal , state , and University rules and regulations . Customer service expectations : Cheerful and excited attitude . Greeting every vehicle from a standing position . Initiate each interaction with : Welcome to The Booth Welcome to Allen Fieldhouse Or as directed by KU Premium Lot / Club / Donor Parking Area : Escort each vehicle to their dedicated reserved parking space . |
