Event Photography & Documentation Consultant

San Juan County is seeking a qualified consultant to provide event photography and visual documentation support for approximately 20 Rural Leaders for Economic Mobility ( RLEM ) engagement events occurring between February and December 2026 . San Juan County intends to contract and pay for a defined bank of event photography and documentation services during the grant period ending April 30 , 2026 , with photography support available for engagement activities scheduled through December 2026 . The photographer will work closely with the San Juan County Economic Development Department and coordinate with other project consultants , including the County ’ s Graphic Design & Outreach Materials Consultant , to ensure photos are usable for reporting , outreach , and future materials . The consultant shall perform the following tasks : Attend RLEM engagement events throughout San Juan County to document community participation and project activities . Capture high - quality photographs including event action shots , group photos , community interaction , meeting settings , and occasional professional headshots as requested . Provide culturally respectful and community - centered photography that reflects the people , partners , and communities engaged in the RLEM process . Edit and enhance photographs as needed for clarity , lighting , and professional use .
