A Targeted Development Training Program : 1 ) The Contractor shall provide training professionals to deliver two ( 2 ) targeted evidence - based clinical decision - making development trainings for cohorts of up to thirty ( 30 ) participants . 2 ) The trainings shall be delivered either in - person or on - line . 3 ) The training topics shall use evidence - based treatment for anxiety , emphasizing the use of cognitive and exposure practices . 4 ) Trainings shall use idiographic measurement to drive clinical decisions . b . A dedicated senior - level expert personnel to deliver consultation , by video teleconferencing platform and / or telephone , to the CAMHD Project Lead , and one ( 1 ) or more senior - level personnel to deliver consultation to designated CAMHD staff , and / or CAMHD contracted Providers . |
