An Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that a department or agency intends to award a contract for goods, services or construction to a pre-identified supplier, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities. Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC), is soliciting proposals for the remediation of the former intermediate Distant Early Warning (DEW) Line site PIN-C, Bernard Harbour located in the Kitikmeot Region of Nunavut, on the shores of Dolphin and Union Strait.
