The St Tammany Parish Sheriff ' s Office is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors for thepurchase of New EX03 RIFLES & ACCESSORIES , or EqualSTPSO intends to purchase thirty ( 30 ) or more , EX03 RIFLES including accessories within ( 1 ) one year ; however , NOMINIMUM orders will be accepted . Orders will be made on an " as needed " basis for the duration ofcontract . Pricing shall be valid for ( 1 ) one year from the date of award and have ( 1 ) one annual renewal . All lineitems Must be bid on to be considered a responsive bidder . Bid prices shall include delivery of allitems F . O . B . destination or as otherwise provided . The bidder represents that all equipment offered under these specifications shall be NEW . Used , Shopworn , Demonstrator , or Prototype models ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE . If product being offered differs from product requested , specification sheets and photographs thatrepresent the item ( s ) being proposed must be included . ST .
