1. Description of Requirement The Department of War (DOW) is issuing this synopsis to announce its future intent to procure a commercial general-purpose excavator. Further Actions At this time, no response, quotes, or proposals are being accepted. If the Government determines that a formal solicitation is required to fulfill this need, the solicitation documents will be officially posted on SAM.gov under a separate notice.
