REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) — MARKET RESEARCH ONLY 1. Purpose This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. Set-Aside Market Research The Government is conducting market research to determine the availability of capable small business concerns and to support a potential set-aside decision in accordance with FAR Part 19 4.
