Update the assigned NAICS to 561920 - Convention and Trade Show Organizers with a small business size standard of $20.0M. This acquisition remains a total small business set aside. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the Format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 dated October 1, 2025. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside using FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS Code is 541850 – Indoor and Outdoor Display Advertising - $34.5 M. The solicitation number is 6923G526Q0032. **NOTE: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing. SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES/SERVICES: See Attachment B –Pricing Sheet. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: GLS has a requirement for a contractor to provide comprehensive support services for a government-owned tradeshow exhibition booth. CONTRACT TYPE: This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) that will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, subject to the availability of funds. CONTRACT PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The period of performance will consist of a 12-month base year and two (2) twelve-month option years. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Contractor’s facility and the Seatrade Cruise Global Conference in Miami, FL. QUESTIONS DUE DATE: February 27, 2026, 2:00PM EST.
