The Organization will work hand - in - hand with the District and schools to nurture the next generation with a full range of in - person programs . The Organization ’ s curriculum should be designed to promote social - emotional learning ( SEL ) and support mental health and physical well - being . The Organization ’ s vision should be to engage students , excite parents , and support educators . The Organization should be able to provide full - service support to the District . Student enrollment and attendance management Parent communication Marketing Hiring and training of employees , including payroll administration , staff supervision , and evaluation , ongoing performance management , onboarding , discipline , and separation . Maintain appropriate supervision of students at all times , including during transitions , restroom breaks , outdoor play , and recreational activities , and shall adhere to all District Safety procedures , mandated reporting obligations , and emergency protocols . Insurance coverage , among other administrative costs associated with the delivery of service Qualifications : Contract employees of schools that are funded by the ASES Grant must have completed a minimum of forty - eight ( 48 ) college credits . All contractor employees must complete state - required background and fingerprint clearances , including Live Scan , maintain a negative tuberculosis test , hold a high school diploma , and complete the mandated reporter training . The Organization should have the background , strength , management , and expertise who can provide the District ’ s Transitional Kindergarten ( TK ) to 6th grade students with extended learning programming during the 2026 - 2027 school year for up to 30 additional 9 - hour days ( 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm ) outside of the school year . These enrichment programs / classes will be offered to District students throughout the 2026 - 2027 school year . These programs will take place on the District ’ s nine ( 9 ) elementary TK - 5 , and three ( 3 ) middle school sites ( 6th grade ). The student - to - adult ratio for this program is 10 : 1 for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten . The student - to - adult ratio for this program is 20 : 1 for 1st through 6th - grade students . The 30 additional 9 - hour days would operate during the Fall , Winter , Spring , and Summer Intersessions .
