Description | Barrier Placement • Pickup barriers from Four Hills Landfill . Contractor shall supply their own labor and equipment ( trucks , flatbed trailers , front end loader , etc .) for loading / unloading and hauling barrier between the landfill and downtown . Landfill to be accessed during times when the gate is open for DPW staff access ( weekdays 6 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM ) and coordinated in advance with the Superintendent of Solid Waste . • Set barriers in downtown at locations shown on a plan ( to be provided by the City ) and as directed by City staff . Contractor shall provide a rubber tire excavator , operator , and at least two laborers for placing / removing barrier . Coordinate with City Engineer to confirm exact locations and any adjustments . • Provide all required traffic control , to include a police officer detail and at least two flaggers . • Ensure installation meets safety standards ( visibility , stability , ADA compliance ). • Set barriers on April 30 , 2026 . Barrier Removal • Timely removal of barriers per City direction ( October 16 ). • Return barriers to Four Hills Landfill . |
