Description | To provide the AssociationAnnual audit of the financial statements for the Association in accordance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements and United Kingdom Auditing Standards;Attendance at meetings with officers to feed back on the audit process;Attendance at the Finance & Audit Sub-Committee and Management Committee meetings by a senior member of your audit team to present the audit reports and discuss the key findings and any concerns that may have arisen from the annual audit;Attendance at the Association’s Annual General Meeting to present the financial statements for Members’ approval;Submission of a Management Letter to the Association;Completion of any Corporation Tax returns (CDHA has charitable status);Any correspondence required with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs in relation to Corporation Tax;Any ad hoc financial/tax queries that may arise during the year.CPV: 79212000, 79212000. |
