Description | Deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp de verzekeringstechnische externalisatie van de pensioenverplichtingen van C-smart dv met betrekking tot de responsabiliseringsbijdragen die verschuldigd zijn aan de Federale Pensioendienst (FPD) voor de rust- en overlevingspensioenen van (gewezen) statutaire medewerkers en hun rechtverkrijgenden. De gekozen verzekeraar staat in voor het opbouwen en beheren van reserveringen die erop gericht zijn om de toekomstige responsabiliseringsbijdragen verbonden aan de op 31 december 2025 verworven pensioenrechten te financieren, onder duidelijke contractuele garanties inzake kapitaalsbescherming en rendement. |
