Description | Lost River Noxious Weed AbatementThe purpose of this contract is to provide noxious weed abatement on Federal lands and rights - of - way within the Klamath Project , in particular along the Lost River and Miller Creek in Klamath County , Oregon . Solicitation number 140R2026Q0028 is issued as a Request for Quote ( RFQ ). This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12 . 6 , as supplemented with FAR parts 13 . 5 and additional information included in this notice . The Bureau of Reclamation intends to award a Firm - Fixed Price Purchase Order for services represented in the Performance Work Statement . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued . This acquisition is a 100 % small business set aside . The NAICS code is 561730 and the size standard is 9 . 5 million dollars . The contract line items are listed in the price schedule of the solicitation package . Please provide the total price for the firm - fixed price line items . Please see further instructions for quote submission under Provision 52 . 212 - 1 Addendum .
