Offerors must complete the Canadian Content certification in the Offeror Declaration Form. Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. |
