Any component chosen must meet the minimum stated performance of the processor in GHz speeds ; the bus speeds in MHz ; and drive speeds in MB / s . This includes , but limited to , the motherboard , processor and cache , drives , RAM and all supporting components . A complete list of specifications and performance curves must be provided with your Quote for review and comparison by the FAA against the list of requirements . Manufacturer Support , Points of Contact must be provided with your Quote for confirmation of the provided specifications in the event component performance cannot be determined by the list of proposed specifications . The requirement is for ( 14 ) complete systems . The components provided in the Specs are commercially available to any supplier for these ( 14 ) complete systems .
