Description | Beschreibung: Maßnahmen-Nr.: B32HE061610001 Walhalla bei Donaustauf Neubau eines Besucherservicezentrums mit Betriebshof an der Walhalla bei Donaustauf Besucherservicezentrum ca. 737 m2 NRF Betriebshof ca. 216 m2 NRF Fachplanung für Technische Gebäudeausrüstung in Gebäuden nach §53 Absatz 2 HOAI für folgende Anlagengruppen: AG 410 Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen AG 420 Wärmeversorgungsanlagen AG 430 Lufttechnische Anlagen AG 460 Förderanlagen AG 471 Nutzungsspezifische Anlagen (Küchentechnik) AG 480 Gebäudeautomation Beauftragung der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3, 4 (KGR 410) und beabsichtigte stufenweise Weiterbeauftragung der Leistungsphasen 4 bis 9 nach § 55(1) HOAI 2021. Die Kostenobergrenze für die Maßnahme beträgt 6.600.000 EUR brutto. Die genannten Kosten umfassen die Kostengruppen 200 bis 600 nach DIN 276-1:2018-12.
