Description | The City of Manchester , New Hampshire , through the Department of Public Works , Facilities Division is inviting Construction Managers with appropriate design build experience and capabilities to submit a confidential " Prequalification Statement " for School and Municipal projects on an as needed basis . It is the Facilities Division ’ s intent to qualify three or more firms based on their capabilities and their ability to meet project needs . Qualified construction management firms must have demonstrated past experience with design build construction including scope and design development , estimating and budgeting , project buyout and management . Target project range is between $ 100 , 000 and $ 1 , 000 , 000 . Construction Managers must have available bond capacity of $ 1 , 000 , 000 dollars . It is currently the City ’ s intention to pre - qualified Construction Managers by December 2026 or earlier . The Department of Public Works may extend , for a period of up to three years , qualification to the selected Construction Managers at any City of Manchester owned facility . |
