This is an exciting opportunity to partner with Council to keep our city’s spaces clean, safe, and welcoming – supporting the vibrancy and wellbeing of our communities.We are looking for providers who can consistently deliver reliable, high-quality cleaning services, demonstrate innovation, and align with Council’s broader outcomes, including operational excellence, compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting vulnerable workers.Our portfolio includes public toilets, sports pavilions, the waterfront, social housing, Wellington Zoo, corporate offices, libraries, community centres, large standalone sites, and more.Facilities are grouped into three categories – you may tender for one, two, or all three groups:Group 1: Public Toilets, Sports Pavilions, The WaterfrontGroup 2: Social Housing, Wellington ZooGroup 3: Corporate Offices, Libraries, Community Centres, Large Standalone SitesContract Term: Commences 1 July 2026 for 5 years, with an option to extend for a further 5 years.Key Dates:Provider Briefings (online): 16 and 17 December 2025 (register via GETS)Proposals Due: 25 February 2026For full details, including registration for briefings and site visits, please refer to the RFP documentation (attached).
