Description | Amendment 001 : The Set Aside category was updated to " no Set Aside used " to allow for full and open competition . This is a Sources Sought synopsis being conducted pursuant to FAR Part 10 , Market Research . This is an initial step in the planning process for the 55th Wing Facility Maintenance Contract ( FMC ) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity ( IDIQ ) Support contract , which is a new requirement for the 55th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base , Nebraska . This IDIQ shall cover a comprehensive and extensive range of services required to operate , maintain , repair , inspect , upgrade , update , integrate , and ensure the continuous , safe , and efficient operation of all infrastructure , systems , equipment , facilities , and grounds at Offutt Air Force Base ( OAFB ) and its satellite facilities . These services shall be performed at Offutt Air Force Base , Nebraska . This includes but is not limited to : preventative and corrective maintenance , scheduled sustainment , emergency repairs , inspections , testing , and certifications , operation and maintenance of all systems , regulatory compliance , reporting and documentation , and all necessary installation , modification , and upgrades as listed in the FMC IDIQ PWS . |
