FAIRGROUNDS WELL # 2 DRILLING , CONSTRUCTION & TESTING

The Contractor shall furnish all labor , materials , equipment , and services necessary to drill , construct , and test a groundwater production well at the County Fairgrounds Property located at 4670 S . Nevada Highway 160 , Pahrump , NV 89048 . Additionally , the contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to equip the well for pumping and construct a water - truck fill station adjacent to the well . The project includes , but is not limited to , the following components : • Drill , furnish , & install surface casing and seal with concrete grout to at least 50 feet depth • Drill 19 ” borehole for production well • Conduct geophysical logging of the borehole • Install well screen , casing , tubing & annular material • Furnish well materials including but not limited to : well screen , SDR 17 PVC well casing , PVC ( 2 ”) tubing , filter pack materials , and sealing materials • Conduct double swab air reverse development • Furnish drilling fluid dispersant ( Nu - Well 200 & sodium hypochlorite ) • Conduct video survey of completed well , including side scan survey • Conduct well casing and alignment test • Furnish , install , & remove development pump & water discharge piping • Conduct development pumping • Conduct pump test including a step - drawdown test and constant rate test • Disinfect completed well following development and testing • Contain and spread drilling fluids and drill cutting material onsite The second part of the project includes furnishing materials for and constructing a water - truck fill station , including but not limited to : • Furnish and install a pump with drop - pipe and required fittings for pumping from the well • Furnish and install piping ( with meter ) from the well head to the truck - fill station • Furnish and install truck - fill station , including support structures and concrete footings • Furnish and install two ( 2 ) electrical panels , one for the pump operation and a second for future use onsite • Furnish and install a shade structure to protect the electrical panels • Furnish and install fencing to secure the site
