Description | NET seeks to secure a company , firm , or individual for the complete “ Design and Build ” installation of fall arrest systems . Proposer will be responsible for all building assessment , system and anchorage design , shop drawings , fabrication , and installation necessary to complete all projects contained in the Work . The Fall Protection Contractor shall design , build , and install fall arresting systems as defined by OSHA and specified herein . NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR : A . The Contractor for this project is to provide a complete “ turn - key ” solution for the purchase and installation of Fall Arrest Systems . All costs for design , construction , operation , maintenance , servicing , inspection , and commissioning responsibilities , training , etc . are to be included as part of the Contract scope . B . “ Turn - Key ” installation shall include all phases of the project including but not limited to : pre - construction design layout and engineering , coordination of construction crews , project time line management and accountability , ongoing construction oversight , post construction follow - up , post installation support , etc . |
