Description | The Wayne County Department of Social Services is seeking to contract for evidenced based family functional therapy services to be provided to all members within the family unit , for the purpose of working together to prevent out - of - home placement , to intervene on behalf of family re - building , and to re - unify the family unit . The successful contractor will provide services to a target population of : 1 .) Wayne County families with children at high risk of out - of - home placement as a result of child welfare , and / or juvenile delinquency proceedings through Family Court ; 2 .) Children transitioning from out - of - home placement back to their families or 3 .) Youth involved in Persons in Need of Supervision proceedings through Family Court . See more |
