Statement of Work 1 . 1 . The Contractor must provide comprehensive Family Resource Center ( FRC ) services to pregnant individuals , parents and caregivers , and kinship caregivers , who have children or youth under the age of 21 in their care . 1 . 2 . The Contractor must ensure services are available statewide . 1 . 3 . The Contractor must provide services Monday through Friday , 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM Eastern Standard Time ( EST ). The Contractor must also ensure service availability outside of standard business hours , with sufficient flexibility to accommodate families outside of standard business hours . 1 . 4 . Component A : Family Resource Center Services 1 . 4 . 1 . The Contractor must provide services to support at least one ( 1 ) or more of the following : 1 . 4 . 1 . 1 . Strategies for Continuous Quality Improvement , including but not limited to : 1 . 4 . 1 . 1 . 1 . Family Resource Center of Quality ( FRC - Q ) designation and re - designation preparations . 1 . 4 . 1 . 1 . 2 . Staff time allocated to completing the FRC - Q selfassessment . 1 . 4 . 1 . 1 . 3 . Staff time allocated to attending the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support training . 1 . 4 . 1 . 2 . Enhanced Coordination with other family and early childhood programs and initiatives , including but not limited to : 1 . 4 . 1 . 2 . 1 . Materials and / or processes for information sharing and referrals . 1 . 4 . 1 . 2 . 2 . Staff time to support bidirectional referrals between FRCs and other early childhood programs , initiatives , or needed supports . 1 . 4 . 1 . 2 . 3 . Enhanced outreach to target populations . 1 . 4 . 1 . 2 . 4 . Adverse Childhood Experiences Response Team ( ACERT )...
